Envoys Club(운영: STABLE合同会社)에 있는 본인의 정보를 지우고 싶은 분을 위한 안내입니다. 회원 크리에이터, 파트너 담당자, 가입하지 않았지만 공개된 채널이 크리에이터 후보 명단에 있는 분 모두 해당합니다. 로그인하지 않아도 볼 수 있습니다.
1. 삭제를 요청하는 방법
- contact.stable.llc@stable-hub.com 으로 「데이터 삭제 요청」이라고 쓰고, 지우고 싶은 정보(회원 계정, SNS 연결 기록, 크리에이터 후보 명단 중 해당하는 것)와 채널 주소 또는 가입한 이메일 주소를 알려 주세요.
- 회원은 로그인한 뒤 계정 삭제 화면(https://envoys.club/account-deletion.html)에서도 탈퇴를 요청할 수 있습니다.
- 본인 확인을 합니다. 회원은 가입한 이메일에서 보내 주세요. 가입하지 않은 분은 해당 채널의 계정에서 메시지를 보내거나, 채널 소개글에 회사가 알려 드리는 확인 문구를 올려 주세요.
- 비밀번호나 인증 코드는 보내지 마세요.
- 삭제하면서 앞으로 다시 연락받지 않기를 원하시면 알려 주세요. 그 경우에만 채널 주소와 요청일을 3년 보관합니다. 알리지 않으면 모두 삭제하며, 이후 공개 채널을 다시 확인하는 과정에서 새로 올라올 수 있습니다.
2. 처리 기간
- 회원 계정(계정, 프로필, 채널, 선정되지 않은 지원): 요청을 받은 날부터 5일 안에 삭제합니다.
- 그 밖의 정보(SNS 연결 기록, 크리에이터 후보 명단, YouTube나 Instagram에서 읽은 공개 채널 정보): 본인 확인 뒤 접수한 날부터 7일 안에 삭제하고 결과를 알려 드립니다.
- 백업에 남은 정보는 백업 보존 주기가 지나면 함께 삭제되며, 백업을 복원할 때는 삭제 목록을 다시 적용합니다.

4. 연결 해제
Instagram 또는 TikTok으로 채널 소유 확인을 한 분은 각 서비스의 설정에서 연결된 앱 목록의 Envoys Club을 삭제해 연결을 끊을 수 있습니다(메뉴 이름은 각 서비스 화면을 따릅니다). 회사는 토큰을 보관하지 않으므로 연결을 끊지 않아도 회사가 계정에 다시 접근하지 않습니다. 이미 보관한 3번의 기록은 1번 방법으로 삭제를 요청해 주세요.

Envoys Club（運営：STABLE合同会社）が保有しているご自身の情報を削除したい方のためのご案内です。会員のクリエイター、パートナー担当者、会員ではないが公開チャンネルがクリエイター候補リストにある方、いずれも対象です。ログインしなくてもご覧いただけます。
1．削除のご依頼方法
- contact.stable.llc@stable-hub.com 宛に「データ削除依頼」と書き、削除したい情報（会員アカウント、SNS連携の記録、クリエイター候補リストのうち該当するもの）と、チャンネルのURLまたは登録したメールアドレスをお知らせください。
- 会員の方は、ログイン後にアカウント削除画面（https://envoys.club/account-deletion.html）から退会をご依頼いただくこともできます。
- ご本人確認を行います。会員の方は、登録したメールアドレスからご連絡ください。会員ではない方は、該当チャンネルのアカウントからメッセージをお送りいただくか、チャンネルの紹介文に当社がお伝えする確認用の文言を掲載してください。
- パスワードや認証コードは送らないでください。
- 削除とあわせて、今後は連絡を受け取りたくない旨をお知らせいただいた場合に限り、チャンネルのURLと依頼日を3年間保管します。お知らせがなければすべて削除します。その後、公開チャンネルを改めて確認する過程で、新たに掲載される場合があります。
2．処理期間
- 会員アカウント（アカウント、プロフィール、チャンネル、選定されなかった応募）：依頼を受けた日から5日以内に削除します。
- それ以外の情報（SNS連携の記録、クリエイター候補リスト、YouTubeやInstagramから読み取った公開チャンネル情報）：ご本人確認の後、受付日から7日以内に削除し、結果をお知らせします。
- バックアップに残った情報は、バックアップの保存周期が過ぎると一緒に削除され、バックアップを復元するときは削除リストを再度適用します。

4．連携の解除
InstagramまたはTikTokでチャンネルの所有確認をされた方は、各サービスの設定にある連携済みアプリの一覧からEnvoys Clubを削除して、連携を解除できます（メニュー名は各サービスの画面に従います）。当社はトークンを保存しないため、連携を解除しなくても、当社がアカウントに再びアクセスすることはありません。すでに保存している3の記録は、1の方法で削除をご依頼ください。

Data deletion instructions

This page is for anyone who wants their information removed from Envoys Club (operated by STABLE合同会社). It applies to creator members, partner contacts, and people who are not members but whose public channel appears in our creator candidate list. You can read it without logging in.
1. How to ask us to delete your data
- Email contact.stable.llc@stable-hub.com with the subject "Data deletion request". Tell us what you want removed (your member account, your social account connection record, or your entry in the creator candidate list) and your channel URL or the email address you registered with.
- Members can also request withdrawal after logging in, on the account deletion page (https://envoys.club/account-deletion.html).
- We verify your identity. Members: write from the email address you registered. Non-members: send us a message from the channel's own account, or place a confirmation phrase that we send you in the channel's profile text.
- Please do not send passwords or login codes.
- If you also want us not to contact you again, tell us. Only in that case we keep the channel URL and the request date for 3 years. Otherwise we delete everything; the channel may be added again later if we find it again in public sources.
2. How long it takes
- Member account (account, profile, channel, applications that were not selected): deleted within 5 days of receiving your request.
- Everything else (social connection records, the creator candidate list, public channel information read from YouTube or Instagram): deleted within 7 days of receiving your request, after we verify it is you. We tell you the result.
- Copies in backups are deleted when the backup retention cycle ends, and any restored backup has the deletion list applied again.

4. Disconnecting
If you confirmed channel ownership through Instagram or TikTok, you can remove Envoys Club from the connected apps list in that service's settings (menu names follow each service). We do not keep tokens, so we cannot access your account again even if you do not disconnect. For the records in section 3, use the request in section 1.
